What do you call a counterfeit of a fake?

Found this humorous item from a numismatic coin forum. Apparently the "original" that the Chinese counterfeiters obtained to model their fake after was itself a fake.

Here's the post from coinpeople.com
"This Chinese counterfeiter apparently purchased one of the numerous fakes of the
1834 Alexander rouble and then duplicated it for sale. Is there any kind of a numismatic
name for a fake of a fake?

Justice there of a sort.

What's a good name for a counterfeit of a fake?

at the risk of opening a can'o'worms discussion, is there any straightforward way to recognise that this coin is a fake? the supersized images look worn but i'd not know it from a real coin. i'm presuming they got basic details like the wording and pictures right.
